Dropbox login log5/11/2023 I can now access Dropbox again, but I still have the same issues trying to add Sign in with Apple to my account. After several weeks of receiving the same error messages, I created a new basic Dropbox using my email address directly through the Dropbox website. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I cancelled that account in August, and then tried to create a new Dropbox account using Sign in with Apple through the iOS app. When the problem first occurred, I was using an existing Dropbox Plus account. I have also also removed Dropbox from the “Apps Using Apple ID” section of my Apple ID security settings many times, but the errors continue. I am trying to use Sign in with Apple using my email address that matches the email address associated with my Dropbox account. Please note that I am not using the Hide My Email option. This problem has been ongoing for at least 2 months. Don’t worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified.” If I attempt to use Sign in with Apple using a web browser (Safari, Chrome or Edge using both regular and private modes), the message says “Error (500). If I attempt to use Sign in with Apple using the iOS app, the message says “Sign-in failed. I am trying to sign in to my existing Dropbox account using Sign in with Apple but keep receiving error messages.
